Details of job titles, job descriptions, mail out categories etc. are set up in the Contacts table. The table is then accessed by the Debtors, Creditors and Contacts modules to be applied to contacts at customers and suppliers offices. Each contact can have up to three descriptions attached to their name.

 Contact Positions |
| 2. | Type in the Descriptions needed. They could be for job titles, job descriptions, mail out classifications etc. |
